Class Description
Step into the world of dance with Dance Story Time! Through dance and movement, students develop social and emotional skills such as how to express and recognize emotions, create and tell stories, and work as a team in a creative environment. Our weekly class always begins with a dance story book reading that promotes literacy, mental wellness, physical health, and growth mindset. These themes will then be explored through dance activities, games, and the learning of creative movement and dance choreography. About Instructor: Christine Maldonado is a dedicated homeschool mother of two and the creative director of CM Dance Company LLC, which she founded in 2012. With over 20 years of experience teaching dance, movement, and theatre to individuals of all ages and skill levels, Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Theatre from San Jose State University. Cancellation Policy
Class Drop Policy: Respect for Teachers’ Planning and Supplies: 25% drop fee: If you drop one week before classes begin. 75% of the class price will be refunded. 50% drop fee: If you drop after the first class. 50% of the class price will be refunded. Payment Requirement: Full payment for all classes and lunch must be made before attending.
